Getting started
Allevate will engage with new customers to ensure the right solution is provisioned and configured for the customer's specific use-cases and workloads. This will be undertaken through a mutually agreed Statement of Work and charged accordingly. Users of MXSERVER will be supplied training courses at additional charge upon request. This can be done in person or over the Internet.

The system will be commissioned collaboratively with you or your chosen Cloud Host Service supplier, such as Sungard Availability Services or UKCloud.

There is an optional mobile phone app that users can utilise to submit video and faces for searching against watchlists and receive watchlist hit alerts.

There is also an optional Windows application for processing video streams from live surveillance cameras, to detect faces and submit to the central MXSERVER service for matching.
