End-of-contract data extraction SmartSimple have data extraction agreements in our contracts, your data is yours at all times. Data is provided in txt, csv and physical formats. this is described in our master service agreement
End-of-contract process There is no additional cost for terminating the service. 90 days notice is required to ensure all data is transferred, removed and securely destroyed and certified as so.
