As part of the managed service, our clients and users have access to an on-demand Office 365 Expert and Community Manager to answer questions and provide support at any time.
In addition to this, clients may request that we provide further on-site training/support which we can deliver at a day rate of £1250 per day for on-site.

Getting started
We provide an onboarding training session either in-person or online depending on the clients preferred method. Users attend the session with a live expert who walks them through the programme structure, expectations and answers any questions they may have.

End-of-contract data extraction
Our programmes are delivered using the clients tenants therefore any data remains with the client once the programme is completed.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contracts clients can continue to access the learning resources contained within the programme within their own tenant for on-going training and support (we no longer have access to the tenancy and do not provide on-demand expert resource or content updates).

Our service is delivered through Microsoft Teams enabling users to access the programme from any device from anywhere. All features of our programme provide the same user experience either via desktop or mobile device.

Description of customisation
All of our programmes are designed so they can be customised to each clients specific requirements. As part of our requirements capture process we work with each customer to capture their individual requirements for the programme and apply customisations for review by the customer prior to going live. The customer and users with the correct permissions can also add content to the service.


Independence of resources
The majority of our programme is delivered as a self service approach ensuring users can access the programme and content anytime anywhere without the need to engage with us. For live events/support we have a dedicated team and schedule events on a per client basis to ensure a manageable and responsive programme for all users.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Companies subscribe to a 12 month managed service programme that ensures consistent availability to all on-demand content. Should Microsoft Office 365 not be available we would offer the client a refund based on the time users were unable to access the content pro rata against the subscription fee. In our experience Microsofts robust policies means it is extremely rare whereby the service would not be available.

We use Microsoft cloud services as our product platform to maximize reliability and minimize the negative effects on customers when things do go wrong.

With Office 365 Resiliency and Recoverability Are Built-in
Building in resiliency and recovery starts with the assumption that the underlying infrastructure and processes will fail at some point: hardware (infrastructure) will fail, humans will make mistakes, and software will have bugs.

Hardware and infrastructure protections were significant. This meant having datacenters with 99.99% reliability required significant power and network redundancy, and servers were implemented with hardware-based clustering, dual power supplies, dual network interfaces, and the like.

Today, customers expect continuous innovation from Microsoft without compromising quality, and this is one of the reasons why Microsoft's services and software are built with resiliency and recoverability in mind.

Windows 10 has also adopted this servicing model and is also releasing new functionality regularly. We review the changes on a monthly basis and take advantage of the new features regularly.
