P3 response times are 4 hours with daily updates and 2 day resolution times.

P4 response times are 24 hours with updates every 2 days and 5 day resolution times.

Support package prices are multiplied by 2 for weekend and bank holiday support or multiplied by 3 for 24/7/365 support.
