Support packages range from £2,500 per month for the Bronze package including 10 events to P3 status up to £6,000 per month for the Gold package including 50 events up to P1 status.
P1 response times are 30 minutes with hourly updates and 4 hour resolution times.
P2 response times are 2 hours with 4 hourly updates and 8 hour resolution times.
P3 response times are 4 hours with daily updates and 2 day resolution times.
P4 response times are 24 hours with updates every 2 days and 5 day resolution times.
Support package prices are multiplied by 2 for weekend and bank holiday support or multiplied by 3 for 24/7/365 support.
