End-of-contract data extraction
Data is stored in SQL database and binary file format datastore. Data will be extracted to portable format (e.g. csv)
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract the primary user is notified that the contract has ended and sent a link to the exportable dataset. This will be held for a limited number of days by ICONICS (determined in the contract) afterwhich the data is destroyed. The service infrastructure will then be decommissioned.
