Getting started
New organisations can be set up within 10 minutes. Specific training can be arranged with the client to aid with the initial configuration and setup of the system. This will usually be charged for in line with our SFIA rate card.

End-of-contract data extraction
A full export of all data can be provided at the end of the contract in the form of a SQL backup or an Excel export.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract the account becomes dormant, there are no additional charges incurred. At the request of the client all data held within the system can be deleted

Specifically designed for non-technical users, with no coding skills. Alternatively, power users are able to use SQL to make deep customisations and data models.

APIs, data views and workflows can be created using the code-free wizard. APIs can then be published and shared with full Swagger documentation.
