Tickets can be logged online at any time. However, service levels set out in Part 2 of our Terms and Conditions Schedule shall only apply during our normal working hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive (but exclusive of Bank Holidays).
We use reasonable endeavours to respond to the Ticket during the Support Hours within the target times detailed in Table 1 of our T&C's based on priority. Response Times are calculated in respect of Support Hours only.

Approved customers are on-boarded through the creation of a miso account and the activation of their DataPublisher dashboard.

End-of-contract data extraction
Upon leaving the DataPublisher Service: Customers will be provided with an audit log of all data transactions. Audit logs will be provided in an appropriately suitable format. Customer Asset data held within each Dataslot will be purged and destroyed. Customers are responsible for maintaining current data backups of their own data.
End-of-contract process
Metadata held within each Dataslot will be purged, destroyed and removed from the WAF at Data.gov.uk. No charge will be made in relation to data extraction.
