Guaranteed availability All support requests to Wizkids has the same response time which is below 5 hours. The solution time might differ depending on complexity of request. if there is a breach of agreement Wizkids and customer will have to agree on terms how to find a solution regarding refund or termination of agreement.
Approach to resilience Wizkids datacentre setup is hosted by Netgroup A/S which has Wizkids data stored in datacentre high secured and located in Denmark. More information on this behalf can we requested.
