How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Our best of breed methodology creates a known and repeatable approach, taking you on an end to end journey through a transition process initially, into a transformation to a preferred practice solution or service, then continuous improvement through Innovation. We carry out a range of performance testing using tried and tested processes, tools, performance baselines and monitoring applications. Typically the tests will cover scalability, availability, resiliency, compliance readiness and data integrity. Functional testing would be system verification testing and interoperability testing. ISYSTEMS engagements are delivered on either a fixed price / discrete parcel of works or day rate basis. If you don’t want to be tied into contracts, trouble shooting and support services are available on a day date / pay as you go basis, either on site or remotely.
The account management and service delivery teams are supported by a dedicated account management team of sales, technical and pre-sales. A dedicated account manager or management team will be assigned to you and will be on hand to support you throughout, the support provided will be tailored to the customers’ needs around the projects being delivered. We can triage vendor support contracts ensuring required SLAs are met.
