Operational security

Operational security
Configuration and change management standard Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach The solution makes no impact on the customers infrastructure, therefore we have no change management process in place. The platform can be accessed via a browser, we do not deploy an agents on to the estate for discovery.
Vulnerability management type Supplier-defined controls
Vulnerability management approach Our development team are extremely vigilant when it comes to threats, they keep on top of the threat landscape with forums, data feeds from the likes of Flexera. The code is all bespoke and not used any open source code. Teach team have monthly touch points to asses the potential risks, latest threats and if a patch is required it will be deployed. As the solution is hosted in AWS they manage their own threats and patches.
Protective monitoring type Supplier-defined controls
Protective monitoring approach As the solution is held in AWS we rely on their proactive monitoring process.
Incident management type Supplier-defined controls
Incident management approach Provide regular updates via email to customers on status of the solution including information about any incidents that need to be reported and the status of these incidents. Have a support email/telephone number where incidents can be reported.
