Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach
The solution makes no impact on the customers infrastructure, therefore we have no change management process in place. The platform can be accessed via a browser, we do not deploy an agents on to the estate for discovery.

Vulnerability management approach
Our development team are extremely vigilant when it comes to threats, they keep on top of the threat landscape with forums, data feeds from the likes of Flexera. The code is all bespoke and not used any open source code. Teach team have monthly touch points to asses the potential risks, latest threats and if a patch is required it will be deployed. As the solution is hosted in AWS they manage their own threats and patches.
