End-of-contract data extraction
Once the contract ends, the user organisation can transfer ownership of the data accessible on the cloud from Tongadive to organisation. Tongadive could also engage in a model where the cloud subscription is taken by the customer organisation so the resident data inherently belongs to the customer.
End-of-contract process
At the end of contract, Tongadive will provide Termination Assistance services which will include:
1. Data handover
2. Customer process documentation handover
3. 1-week knowledge transfer to incoming third party or internal staff
