Getting started Elecosoft IconSystem Support Services team works closely with each and every client to manage a smooth onboarding and implementation plan from the creation and ongoing use of each system.

Our unique Project Management team begins the process in understanding clients requirements form key stakeholders to begin system architecture and data migration. We hold client workshops and guide each client through the implementation process on an individual basis.

End-of-contract data extraction Elecosoft IconSystem will work with the client to understand the data extraction that is required. As each client system carries different types of complex data, data extraction will be discussed with each client to determine any impacts on Intellectual Property Rights of the client and Elecosoft.
End-of-contract process It is encouraged that prior to the end of contract to engage with Elecosoft IconSystem to understand the status and requirements of data extraction, the contract price does not include data extraction as each client system holds complex data and discussions will be required prior to onboarding processes for end of contract requirements.

Vulnerability management approach We run regular internal vulnerability tests, both on our infrastructure and on our application. This includes automated and manual penetration testing.
