Support levels Triad will assign a single point of contact to administer support requests so that an experienced support engineer can be assigned to assist you at the earliest opportunity. Support engineers, with experience in LiveTiles and SharePoint, will take ownership and work with you to resolve issues and provide guidance. We recognise that clients have different support needs so we can tailor our service to fit best with your ways of working during an engagement and on an on-going basis. Our on-going support model provides clients with access to engineers that are already familiar with their cloud environment so they can resolve problems quickly and provide relevant advice and guidance. Support costs only apply to the engineers and not to administrative account management.

Triad’s support service provides 1st line support to triage and identify if the issues is with LiveTiles or Office 365. Any confirmed LiveTiles bugs identified will be raised with LiveTiles and tracked through to resolution.

Getting started Our onboarding services helps you configure and deploy the LiveTile solution into your environment in a way that fits best with you. We work alongside your users to show them how easy it is to use LiveTiles and to support initial implementation. The aim is to enable your users to be self sufficient in using LiveTiles. Where advanced customisation is needed, we will lead this activities to capute the user needs and provided a custom tile template that you can reused for other customisations.

Independence of resources This is covered by the underlying platform i.e. Office 365 handles the load as LiveTiles simply saves native SharePoint pages along with a few external scripts that we provide via the Azure CDN. The core LiveTiles capability runs on top of Microsoft Office 365 and inherits the underlying service performance / scalability put in place by Microsoft. Additional LiveTiles resources are loaded from a Microsoft CDN (content delivery network) and inherit the Microsoft provided scalability of the network.

Guaranteed availability LiveTiles inherits the underling SLA from the parent platform - Office 365. Where a service outage is the direct cause of LiveTiles (vs. the underlying Office 365 platform), then LiveTiles will extend the subscription period by the amount of time realised during the outage.

Other user authentication LiveTiles uses your existing Office 365 authentication service to access the service. Some features e.g. LiveTiles Bots require the Office 365 tenant administrator perform a one-time consent on behalf of all users to enable full access to calendars, contacts, files, mail etc. Tiles that integrate with 3rd party services which are configured as single authenticate instances using the OAuth2 standard.
