Description of customisation Most capabilities of Lemur are configured, not customised, which allows easy upgrades. However, customers may embed Lemur map control in their apps to customise the business data, the handling of actions generated from the map and leverage geoenablement capabilities. Additional customisation is available for forms to be displayed over the map and selected UI widgets for use on the map. URI Scheme (deep linking) is also available for integration with 3rd party apps.

Availability and resilience

Availability and resilience
Guaranteed availability Critigen will provide 99.5% average uptime per month for the Software Services purchased by Company. Outage during routine maintenance times is excluded from this calculation.
Critigen uses reputable third party hosting services (Currently Microsoft Azure) whose uptime standards are greater than or equal to those assured by Critigen to provide services to Company and may change hosting services from time to time to ensure quality provision of Software Services to its customers at competitive prices.

Critigen will provide compensation to the Company for network and server standards that are not met. Critigen will provide a 10% discount off the monthly fee for every percentage point missed up to 3%.
Approach to resilience Lemur Platform for GIS Mobility ensures availability to end users by caching GIS on mobile devices data where deemed appropriate by administrators. Cloud-based service availability is assured by use of Microsoft Azure and Azure services that move and fail-over seamlessly.
