Our service supports you through the planning stage of implementing cloud-based services. This includes analysis, solution design and assessment of security architecture.
Throughout, Goodman Masson will work with stakeholders to gain an understanding of how your plans in relation to cloud computing fit into the wider strategy, objectives and architecture of your organisation.
Scoping: We will work alongside you to define the differences between service categories of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Assessment: We support you in assessing and selecting which cloud deployment options are most suitable.
Design: As required, we will support you in the development of your cloud strategy. Our expert Consultants, we can help you with architecture and engineering support as well as provide guidance in your approach to governance and management.
Delivery: As part of our delivery, there will be regular communication. This supports us in developing clear goals regarding project deliverables, quality of deliverables and performance.

We support these by providing teams of industry specialist service providers to assist with the delivery of user management, service management and helpdesk support.
Our services enable our clients to manage individual access to different systems in a user management environment.
Our Service Management delivery is ITIL focussed, which aligns IT Services with the needs of the client.
We support hosting and software services provided by third parties with on-site Helpdesk Support, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Goodman Masson has specific experience supporting bespoke hospital software as well as larger software and system providers.

Goodman Masson Managed Services offers several support models dependent upon the client requirements and/or the complexity of specific engagement(s).
Typical support model will provide for pre-project scoping input, planning and structuring support from a senior Goodman Masson Managed Services business partner.
Ongoing project oversight and quality assurance support is offered as standard and is included in the SFIA Rate Card.
Where clients and/or project complexity necessitates, Goodman Masson Managed Services will provide access to Subject Matter and Technical Expert Resources on an ad-hoc basis to facilitate successful delivery of complex projects or programmes. The pricing for this level of support will be on a pro-rata basis of the appropriate Rate Card category of resource level and expertise.
We can provide further project scoping and structuring support in the form of formal workshops designed to assist the client to define, structure and deliver an optimal project or programme format and associated timings and outcomes. The cost for this level of support will be based again on the Rate Card based on the required level of resources needed for such a facilitation exercise.
Every client will have a dedicated Account Manager to provide a range of day to day support functions.
