PM3 is a light-touch, easy-to-use, cloud-based Project Portfolio Management tool (PPM) that has been designed by project management practitioners for project management practitioners. PM3 focuses on ‘top down’ planning, governance and realising value from projects and programmes, and is widely used in the NHS and other public sector PMOs.
