1. Capgemini's delivered methodology can be used which includes comprehensive activities, tasks, guidelines and templates for the full system development lifecycle.
2. Capgemini's delivery management and assurance function approach, in which a delivery manager is assigned to each engagement to assure the quality of Capgemini's work.
3. Capgemini's customer satisfaction process (OTACE - On-Time & At or Above Client Expectation) can be used to apply to our Buyer engagements.
