Asset Information Models generated in Springboard are made available online at the end of the project for 12 Months. The customer may output their data at any time without affecting the online hosting.
Alternative outputs can be specified for the project phase (see pricing list for full details).
From Month 13,online data can be hosted for easy access (costs from £600 per year). If online hosting is not required at this time, the information will be archived for a minimum of 7 years.

A web based helpdesk system is used to log and manage incidents for our systems. Users can generate tickets within the helpdesk system which get reported back to a support engineer.
