Planning service Yes
How the planning service works We provide a 'Planning Information Cleanup' service.

We will review the data, planning guidance and policy information you currently publish to users across your documents and websites, condensing and structuring the key rules and guidance, and mapping them to enquiry / application types.

As well as consolidating your planning information for digitisation, this will also help you understand the current user experience of your planning service, revealing where effort can most effectively be applied to reduce the work burden on your planning team that is created by ‘failure demand’.

Setup or migration service available Yes
How the setup or migration service works We provide, 1. A digital guide co-writing service. We will work with you to draft and test your digital planning guides based on your policies, and guidance, including spatial policies. Usually this will involve a member of our team spending at least one week in your offices, working with members of your planning and policy teams. We will then help your team check all guides. 2. A data integration service. We will assess what GIS data you have available and find the best way to integrate it into your Plan✕ domain.
