Provide market assessments of vendors and companies within chosen space e.g CRM, HR, SaaS, iPaas, IaaS, PaaS, BPaaS.

How the training service works
Training is provided through reports and analyst discussions around the application of the cloud initiative and teaching the buyer to fish, either through a specific scenario or as a general overview. Forrester also facilitates client connections with other organisations who have been through this process to share real life experiences to aide learning.

The Consulting team provides help on specific situations while educating all stakeholders throughout the process, as on the initiative learning.

Training is also provided via digital online learning modules on customer experience training around customer journeys, metrics and engagement to inform Cloud requirements to meet the buyers final recipient.
