Consultancy as a Service provides access to experienced ServiceNow and Service Management specialists through core advisory or configuration Services such as Architecture, Advisory, Compliance, Data Analysis, Enhancements, Performance, Roadmaps and ServiceNow Training.

A Unifii Account Manager will be provided to coordinate the delivery of Requests and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for any issues or escalations.
The Unifii account manager will establish a thirty (30) minutes monthly service meeting to be held with relevant stakeholders to review overall service delivery, assess in-progress requests and prioritise new/estimated requests in the work queue. Any support required ‘out of hours’ needs to be agreed in advance in the monthly service review meeting.
