How the planning service works Our experienced consultants provide planning services through each of the discovery, alpha, beta and live phases. We take time to analyse the business requirements and the reasons for a cloud implementation. This may includes the need for scalability, redundancy/failover, need for auto-scaling, orchestration etc. Next we design potential solutions and architectures. These will take into account the strengths and weaknesses of different offerings from the various cloud providers and inform the approach e.g. SaaS, PaaS or IaaS. The design also takes into consideration cost to ensure affordability as the system scales. Security is considered from the beginning, rather than an after thought, and designed in from the ground up. We have proven experience managing security and accreditation activities, including the development of RMADS and iTADS, and management/coordination of security working groups. We are ISO27001 Lead Implementor and Lead Auditor qualified.

We also inform and guide strategy on API design and deployment to cloud environments, along with migration management from on-premise solutions.
