How the quality assurance and performance testing works We run quality assurance testing through all our online subscriptions which are tested internally by our Information Technology applications unit. Clients will always be informed of any updates to the service platform via their user access and email. We ensure our platform and subscriptions run to the highest quality and regularly conduct performance testing as part of our quality management procedures.
