Getting started Clients are first provided direction and support from a Strategy Director who learns about the project objectives, needs, and how to meet the goals. The Strategy Director will brief the team on the project, and the following project process and IRM setup will follow this guidance.

Once the direction is agreed, an implementation manager oversees the initial setup. New feature requests are handled by the implementation manager in collaboration with the development team.

Ongoing Project-based creative support can be provided by an Influencer Manager or a Creative Director depending on the customers needs.

End-of-contract data extraction The data can be exported in full as a CSV. We can provide development and support to adapt the exported format to suit easy-import to other tools such as Excel or other CRM tools.
End-of-contract process Contracts can be cancelled with one calendar months notice. All data can be easily exported by the end-user to CSV, and we will provide free support to ensure this is done.

Further adjustments to the data to allow for import to an alternative tool will be billed as an additional service.

As the back-end data-feed is constantly updated, whilst there are occasional breaks in the service of sourcing the data, akin to that of the front-end's availability, this would not affect the user's ability to use the tool.

Should the service availability not meet the SLA, appropriate refunds are made on a case by case basis.
