They send us an email requesting data extraction. We deliver the extraction request within 5 working days. Data is delivered through a cloud based content sharing application.
End-of-contract process
Contracts consists of a setup fee & annual subscription.

Setup fee for 1) Events 2) Heritage 3) Other customisation

Subscription fee: Towards WAM tourism platform (web app and mobile app) maintenance, upgrades, cloud computing usage, data (text, images, audio, video) storage & streaming, regular backups and customer support.
Also includes Cost of maintaining and upgrading "Discover Region" section (with Events & Heritage categories) in WAM mobile app (iOS & Android) including regular upgrades to serve mobile app users in the geofenced region.

At the end of the contract we
- provide the data back to the publisher
- remove the buyer's access to the WAM Tourism Platform
- remove the "Discover Region" section with events and/or heritage categories from WAM mobile app.

We setup Events & Heritage search categories in WAM app, this draws the content published by the buyer on WAM Tourism Platform.

Buyers can choose one of the following:

6) Other search category in app and CMS
