How the planning service works
At 345 Technology we are highly experienced in designing and implementing cloud solutions from small applications through to large mission-critical international systems.

We start the planning process by making sure your technology choices are correct, and what your starting position is. We perform gap analysis on this so we can understand the scale of the activities.

We then apply our own estimating framework to break down your problem into work packages that can be estimates and prioritised. We use this to build a backlog of work.

When we plan implementation time we work with you to define how fast we go. This is often governed by financial constraints.

When we agree on the rate at which we can deliver we work, we assess the work backlog and create delivery milestones so you know what scope you are getting and in what timeframe.

How the setup or migration service works
This service is helping you plan the way you adopt cloud and either create new cloud-native applications or migrate existing applications.

We start with a discovery workshop where we work with you to understand what your goals and timescales are, to understand any constraints to achieving your cloud vision. Together we arrive at a documented cloud strategy.

Depending on the complexity of your situation, the planning can take anywhere from a day or two through to several months of detailed architectural analysis.

At the end of the process you have a clear roadmap for cloud adoption so you can plan your projects with clarity of scope and a defined cloud technology strategy.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
At 345 Technology we have deep experience in testing complex software systems.

Our test methodology uses the Testing Pyramid and a "shift-left" paradigm:

Unit testing: Most of the testing is performed at unit level. Tests that are high in number, simple, small, fast to execute, cover a specific area.
Integration testing: Connecting solutions to their underlying infrastructure so that the combined solution can be tested.
End-to-end: Complete testing of the integrated solution using full real-world scenarios.

Shift-left means that we test components early and often. These tests can be written early in the lifecycle, concurrently with development.

The testing pyramid means that we maximise test coverage with unit tests and thid forms the base of our testing strategy. Integration tests ensure that the solution interacts correctly with ist infrastructre. End-to-end tests are minimised as these are sensitive to change - too many of these decreases your agility and your ability to move fast.

2. Eradicate test duplication
3. Adopt ‘shift left’ approach to testing
4. Ensure test doubles are independent of implementation
5. Keep end-to-end tests to a minimum

We have a help and ticketing system that we use to help you raise issues and track them until they have been fixed. As simple as sending an email, you can raise a ticket and we will then assign a support agent to work with you to resolve your problem.
