Introduction to Agile Course is a rapid tour of current Agile delivery methodologies. The history of Agile, the philosophy, the principles and the terminology is reviewed. It looks at how Agile has been adopted and adapted at scale and how it has expanded beyond software development.
Government Compliant Agile© Course. To meet the Digital Service Standard for public service delivery, government departments are required to comply with 18 criteria set out in the Service Manual. This includes use of Agile methods. BARDD’s course aims to demystify the Agile techniques described in the Service Manual and places them in the context of contemporary Agile methods.
Professional Scrum Master™ PSM I covers the principles and processes of the Scrum framework, the role of the ‘Scrum Master’ and how to use Scrum to optimize value, productivity and the total cost of ownership of software products. PSM II supports the development of advanced scrum knowledge by providing case studies and scenarios that explore complex problems from the real world.
Professional Scrum Product Owners™ need to have a concrete understanding of everything that drives value from their products. Responsibilities in successful scrum delivery are made clear. - Training is tied to specific services
