We utilise Customer Readiness Checklists and Acceptance Criteria to ensure a smooth on boarding takes place. telent’s operational support teams are also briefed to enable Knowledge Transfer about your service. Once successfully on boarded, telent’s 24/7/365 operational support and management will be active.
