Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
We work with you across four areas during the onboarding process.

1. Prepare: first we need to help you get the foundations ready. This is about your content, how you want to tag things, who your intranet team are, and what you want it to look and feel like.

2. Set up: we do this bit before you - it's configuration and it's boring!

3. Learn: we support you in training your content editors, run a train-the-trainer webinar and provide user documentation.

4. Communications: we can support your communication efforts internally; we've got some templates you can use to make sure your teams know what is coming.

This process is suitable for alpha, beta and live. All alpha and beta branding is available.
