Description of service interface
The End User Interface is a primarily mobile-centric user experience to manage biometric authentication of the user. It uses clear instruction and strong graphical elements to guide the user easily through the process. The service is delivered through the mobile browser so requires no app to be downloaded.

The Company Administration portal is a browser based UI for managing the Company's profile and service usage.

Customers define their name to be used in all End User interactions - these get automatically used in the mobile user journey during the authentication interaction.

Protective monitoring approach
Nomidio maintains a number of protective monitoring processes to keep services and applications free from attack or errant behaviour. This includes keeping appropriate anti-virus software up to date across the estate of IT machines as needed, as well as cloud monitoring tools and web/system log collection and monitoring for unusual behaviours and access. Logs are checked at regular intervals and when unusual system or performance events or bugs are raised.

The Incident Management Process is defined as part of the Information Security policy and follows ISO27002:2016 section 16.1.

All incidents are tracked. Compromises can be identified either via automated testing or raised by customers or staff based on vulnerability assessment and preventive actions. Major incidents are escalated and resolved immediately where possible. Minor incidents are programmed into normal workload and resolved on an ongoing basis or as part of the regular release cycle.
