PPM Support Service; this service is intended for organisations that may not have internal resource to administer Microsoft PPM solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Project Online / Server, Project Service, Roadmap, PSA and Planner. This support service provides support to ALL end users and wider non-technical PPM support to help increase the organisations PPM Maturity.

3rd Line Support; this service is intended for organisations that have internal administrators who can provide 1st and 2nd line support with no further requirements.
