Getting started
We understand that the process to on-board you onto our services in going to be different for each customer based on your circumstances and requirements. At CloudCoCo we work with industry leading project managers who have worked on delivering services from the norm up to complex critical national infrastructure. Our project managers are PRINCE2 certified and used the methodology to ensure a smooth deliver of your services within the expected timescales. Online training is provided and user documentation is avialable via our portal. Depending on the support package taken, phone support can also be available for additional training enquiries.

End-of-contract data extraction
Data extraction will be dependant of the security classifications taken. Under normal circumstances CloudCoCo will work with the customer to identify their data, size etc. and then work with them to extract the data in a way which meets their requirements. For example, large quantities of data might not be transferable over the wire and a physical transfer of the information might be required. CloudCoCo can provide these services at an additional cost.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract we will provide the customer with an exit plan and a database of the information assets held within our service. Should any further support with migration be required this will be charged on a per basis using our SFIA rate card.

The portal offers to ability to provision or remove services, view billing information, raise support interactions and manager your account. Complex or large services cannot be procured via the portal. Requests can be raised but our account team will work directly with you to design the required service and ensure you are achieving best value for money.
