End-of-contract data extraction User data can be extracted in csv files and all SCORM content can be easily exported from the LMS.
End-of-contract process At the end of the contract, there are no additional costs to the client. Once data and content has been provided to the client, the LMS will be closed down and data deleted from our servers.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability We utilise UKFast's multi-10Gb network with multi-homing delivers a fast and fail-safe route to the Internet. Data centres in multiple locations in NW England, connected to multiple transit and peering connections guaranteeing both 100% network uptime and high-performance.
Approach to resilience We have a programme of upgrades to our live and development servers and have the capability to add dedicated servers as needed, and have multiple servers available as contingency.

Incremental backup are taken each night and a full backup at the weekend. Backup are retained for 30 days.
Outage reporting We utilise UKFast’s monitoring service and also use to ensure we receive immediate alerts in case of site downtime.

Unplanned downtime is communicated to our clients via email and our website.
