Getting started Freedom's Azure service is provided as unmanaged infrastructure only. We provide our partners / customers with controlled access to the Microsoft Azure portal where services can be deployed and managed. Services available and supported in the Azure portal are restricted to those covered within this service description. Any services deployed by partners / customers that are not expressly defined in this document (e.g., ExpressRoute) are not supported but are still chargeable to partner / customer. Partners / customers will be provided with an account name and password for access to the Azure portal. Partners / customers use this account to manage and deploy their or their customers’ Azure services. Additional accounts are available on request—this is a chargeable service. Each account will be subject to an agreed monthly fiscal limit.

Configuration and change management approach Freedom ensures all maintenance is approved and delivered in a controlled manner to minimise disruption. Freedom will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and 365/366 days per year.
