Concepta is hosted on our ViiA platform, the ViiA platform is bundled with a NVT Group 24/7 service wrapper. Therefore there is only one level of support applicable. Each client will be allocated an Technical Account Manager who will deal with the day to day technical aspects of the contract.

NVT Group will engage initially in a brief due diligence to ascertain the scope and breadth of the Concepta solution. Once the solution id implemented, training sessions will be arranged with the client support staff to ensure that all are au fait with the technology.

Decommissioning process is instigated which removes all touch points across the client enterprise and downloads any historic data that the client may want to retrieve and retain. Any remaining data s then subjected to destruction

The Concepta services provides the client with a dedicated secure dashboard which is configured to our standard specification. The dashboard is then available to the clients and can be customized by NVT to suit the clients requirements or indeed can be configured by the client after appropriate training.

Availability and resilience

Concepta is hosted on NVT's Viia Platform which has 99.9% uptime availability. uptime <99.9% attracts a credit of 10% in a during a monthly billing period.
Approach to resilience
NVT hosted platform which hosts Concepta is located across 2 data centres. The platform provides Concepta with a highly available configuration with no single point of failure. Should a catastrophic failure occur at the data centre a data centre failover would be initiated and services would continue at the secondary data centre.

The Service Level Agreements can be requested by prospective clients.

The concepta service is based on our hosted platform ViiA. The ViiA platform using Network Access Control technology, posture assessments can be conducted before access to the corporate network is made available. ViiA is kept fully up to date by way of subscription to industry recognised malicious software services to ensure a comprehensive knowledgebase of prevailing threats. Patches are applied on an ad-hoc basis depending on the threat severity.

Concepta is based on our ViiA platform. ViiA is continuously monitored to identify potential issues. Each issue is viewed on its own merit and treated accordingly. NVT Group decided not to have a set of standard approaches as experience tells us that there are not a standard set of potential issues that may occur. Each compromise alerted will be addressed immediately on discovery by our technical team and a resolution devised and an implementation plan agreed. If a resolution is not readily available then a work-around will be put in place whilst a permanent resolution is sought and actioned.
