We will review the current service and operating model to understand the capabilities and their maturity in preparation for the change. This enables us to determine the most optimum approach to the design of the future operating model to support the new services.
In our capability matrix analysis we will highlight the gaps and areas for improvement, and allowing the development of relevant roles, responsibilities and capabilities including roles and skills set required.
Our As-IS and To-Be architecture defines and measures what is needed to deliver the change and how it be designed.
