All data is tethered on original meeting and strategy papers.

Getting started
Clients email us a list of user names and associated email addresses. User Accounts are set up for these users within 2 working days, and each user is emailed their log-on details within this time frame.

Clients are provided with 1 face to face training session and up to 4 web training sessions within the cost of their subscription.

End-of-contract data extraction
Collaborator does not have a client data input facility and hence it is not necessary to extract client data at the end of the contract.
End-of-contract process
The service automatically expires at the end of the contract term. User Accounts are automatically de-activated. Pricing options for contract renewals are provided 4 to 6 weeks prior to contract expiry.
