Getting started When an Organisation/Customer purchases the programme, they get a Key Account Manager assigned to them. There is onsite training for their clinicians, administrators and lead clinicians. We have documentation for the administrators, dedicated customer service contacts and training videos. We will also work with organisations to ensure there is a tailored onboarding training for administrators so that future onboarding is made more simple

End-of-contract data extraction Organisational users have a dashboard for continuous access to their data, we will also provide files with User Data if specifically requested. Individual users will be able to save copies locally or upload to eportfolios
End-of-contract process In the contract we provide the educational content and service purchased, the management tools and software dashboards, onboarding for both administrators and staff and customer service and key account management. The additional costs are usually associated with additional content and additional users, whether administrators or users.
