The End User Interface is a primarily mobile-centric user experience to manage biometric authentication of the user. It uses clear instruction and strong graphical elements to guide the user easily through the process. The service is delivered through the mobile browser so requires no app to be downloaded.

- Nomidio maintains a number of protective monitoring processes to keep services and applications free from attack or errant behaviour. Logs are checked at regular intervals and when unusual system or performance events or bugs are raised.

The Incident Management Process is defined as part of the Information Security policy and follows ISO27002:2016 section 16.1.
All incidents are tracked. Compromises can be identified either via automated testing or raised by customers or staff based on vulnerability assessment and preventive actions.
