Planning service
How the planning service works
WMR specialises in providing clients with outstanding cyber security and cyber resilience support, presenting clients with a range of services designed to identify, prioritise and manage vulnerability, and optimise information assurance and operational resilience.

WMR works with clients to identify critical assets, services and vulnerabilities, understand operational priorities and map organisation’s risks (including socio-technical and reputational).

WMR uses this understanding to devise future operating models, architectures and migration paths calculated to (i) protect PII and sensitive information, (ii) exploit the benefits of cloud infrastructure while leveraging essential security features and (iii) maximise operational and business continuity, build in resilience and provide sufficient contingency planning.

Setup or migration service available
How the setup or migration service works
WMR will work with your Cloud Migration contractor to identify the information assurance, cyber security and resilience requirements of your business’ operation and services, with reference to NCSC’s 14 Cloud Security Principles and other Cloud Security frameworks as required. WMR will translate operational requirements into security and configuration requirements for your proposed cloud service. WMR will work with the client and other providers to develop the necessary operating model and service migration arrangements, and will support delivery of the planned cloud migration.

Quality assurance and performance testing

Quality assurance and performance testing service
How the quality assurance and performance testing works
WMR offers services to assess and evaluate an organisation’s Cyber Security and Resilience at an enterprise-level and at a technical (system-specific) level. WMR will, if required, conduct detailed enterprise-level assessments of strategic security issues, addressing governance, policy, strategy, resource and planning issues. WMR can also conduct technical reviews of a system’s configuration, management and security husbandry. Standards-based assessments and audits are also offered, including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials, and including audits of cloud security configuration (the latter against NCSC’s 14 Cloud Security Principles or vendor-specific standards, such as O365, Azure and AWS configuration guidelines). Specific forms of technical tests, such as Penetration Testing, can also be provided.
