Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
We will work with you to identify your key needs and milestones. After a project kick-off meeting with your Account Manager and Production Manager we will discuss your learning and development requirements, the scope of the learning design, graphical design and build requirements. We will produce a specification document and final quotation to be approved by the client. After a final agreement is made, we will set up the project on a selected tool which will allow you to track the project at every step of the way.

Whether you're completely new to, or totally accustomed to the bespoke eLearning process, we will support you at every step of the way with our experienced team to explain the different requirements and stages. Once the learning content is finished, we can assist you with implementing the eLearning to your workforce, such as how to market it internally and how to track success.

End-of-contract data extraction
Learning Nexus provide the SCORM files to the client to upload the content onto your LMS.
End-of-contract process
Once you have uploaded your bespoke content to your LMS, it's yours to keep forever. If you want us to update or amend the content in the future, we can do that at an additional cost.

Description of customisation
We can use a variety of tools to create your bespoke project, which will dictate whether you can edit our courses.

We primarily use Articulate Storyline and/or the Adapt Authoring tool. If you have your own Articulate Storyline instance, we will be able to provide you with the "raw files" to upload into your software and make the changes yourself. The same can be said with the Adapt Authoring Tool, however, if you do not have an instance for this tool, you can purchase this from us.

Although we give you the ability to edit the courses yourself, our team are always on-hand to carry out the changes on your behalf, delivering the updated SCORM file back to you within your specified time frame.
