End-of-contract data extraction Users will be provided with an Equipment Transfer Note, which is a uniquely numbered document, upon completion of each site visit. These will be sent to them either by email or they may be given access to our portal where they can access the documentation as and when they require to. The ETN will detail the weights of the equipment collected, site address and date of works. All documents will be in pdf format. A hard copy of this document will also be left on site with the contact. If requested an inventory document of ICT/Telecoms equipment will also be provided.
