Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
As part of this contract Trimble will appoint a Project Manager. The Project Manager will have responsibility for managing the deliverables of the contract.They will act as the main point of contact throughout the project and will be responsible for the delivery of the system. A Statements of Work will be created which will form part of the agreement and outline all the deliverables. Implementation services such as business consultancy, training (on or off site) & standard documentation will be provided in relation to the modules which are to be implemented. UAT and Production environments are available for testing/training and go live. Further details are within the Service Definition document.

End-of-contract data extraction

End-of-contract process
If a customer wished to cease service with Trimble, notice of 3 months in advance of the renewal date would need to be given in writing, as per standard Terms and Conditions. If no notice is given, the agreement will automatically renew every 12 months for a 12 month period.

Once notice has been received, Trimble would arrange with the client removal of the data from the system. The format and requirements of which would be discussed and agreed with the client.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
In the event that Service availability does not meet the Uptime Standard in any given calendar month, Trimble will issue a credit against fees payable by Client for the Service for the following calendar year term. Such credit will be equal to ten percent (10%) of the pro rata Service subscription fees for the month at issue (excluding additional surcharges, taxes, separate support fees, or any other fees charged to Client for additional services, if any), prorated for any month in which Services did not begin on the first day of the month or terminated before the last day of the month.

Outage reporting
The Service is automatically monitored by a specialist monitoring tool. This will generate a range of warnings and alerts which will be emailed to the constantly manned support desk. In the event of an incident that may affect performance or availability, the nominated contacts at each client will be contacted.
