Corporate customers are assisted with both user on-boarding, transitional messages and the change-over of DNS table setting to include the encryption and validation key settings the service requires to function correctly.

End-of-contract process
The customer agrees a closure date, upon which the service is suspended for one month. During which the service can be reinstated or accessed in an emergency situation.
