Independence of resources We release one scalable product that is designed so that it cannot be impacted based on user demand. We also have a number of tools to monitor demand on our services and have a strategy in place to ensure that we increase resource in line with our customer base. For example, in 2007 we had 70 customers and 6 staff. In 2017 we have 240 customers and 33 staff.
