Getting started We onsite training, off site training, user documentation, a fully comprehensive online help guide and have an initial six day initial user course which has been designed in a train the trainer type style, to enable new users to start using our software and services.

End-of-contract data extraction The users own the data and we will provide guidance and assistance in how to extract the data at the expiration of the contract.

Description of accessibility Our application is accessed through the client terminal with login access credentials automatically determined through referencing the active directory.

Independence of resources We release one scalable product that is designed so that it cannot be impacted based on user demand. We also have a number of tools to monitor demand on our services and have a strategy in place to ensure that we increase resource in line with our customer base. For example, in 2007 we had 70 customers and 6 staff. In 2017 we have 240 customers and 33 staff.
