Getting started As part of this contract Trimble will appoint a Project Manager. The Project Manager will have responsibility for managing the deliverables of the contract.They will act as the main point of contact throughout the project and will be responsible for the delivery of the system.

A Statements of Work will be created which will form part of the agreement and outline all the deliverables. Implementation services such as business consultancy, training (on or off site) & standard documentation will be provided in relation to the modules which are to be implemented. UAT and Production environments are available for testing/training and go live. Further details are within the Service Definition document.

End-of-contract data extraction Customers can use existing reporting tools to create exports of their data in spreadsheet format. Alternatively, Trimble can provide an Oracle Export file of the customer's database.
End-of-contract process If a customer wished to cease service with Trimble, notice of 3 months in advance of the renewal date would need to be given in writing, as per standard Terms and Conditions. If no notice is given, the agreement will automatically renew every 12 months for a 12 month period.

Once notice has been received, Trimble would arrange with the client removal of the data from the Atrium EAM system. The format and requirements of which would be discussed and agreed with the client.
