Configuration and change management approach The applications that comprise our service include software written by our in-house development team, and open-source libraries provided by third parties. The in-house software is tracked by a version control system, and changes are tracked using an issue tracking and change management system. We have processes in place to ensure all changes are reviewed an tested. Our review process includes security impact assessment, including but not limited to assessment against the OWASP top ten risks. Our build system monitors CVE reports for our third party dependencies. Our quality management system is ISO9001 certified.
