Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Is there a current incumbent, do you have a budget and is this role considered inside or outside of IR35 please? There is no one currently in the post.

There is a budget for this role.

We would discuss the circumstances and options available at the time of offering the post to ensure that our and the individual's tax obligations are met.
2. Do the ICO know how they would like to book the working days or how frequent the working days will be over the year?
We will need this information in order to secure the services / availability of the successful consultant
We would be flexible to the availability of the person where possible; it would be to be discussed at interview.
3. Hi, how many days per month/per week are you looking for the person to work? 46 days maximum in a year means that you are looking for a person to work circa 4 days a month, is that right understanding? That is correct, however we would be flexible depending on the candidate.
