All work will take place at 2 Marsham St where the team will work with the existing teams in a hot-desk environment

The core team members will be expected to work a professional day of 8 hours from Monday to Friday.

Some limited travel may be required in connection with the work.

1. Can you provide further detail of the roles required? The requirement is for a team to work as a unit to provide technical and project management for the further development of the Police Image database. A core team of 4 roles will be required throughout the initial period of the contract (to 31 March 2017):

2. What is the available budget for this requirement? There is sufficient budget to cover the provision of a strong core team at reasonable market rates for the duration of the contract and to cover any additional resource that may be required. The available budget covers a number of requirements and it will be allocated in the light of proposals received.
3. What is the technology stack being used? Windows / Open source? E.g Openface with Python etc? Will the end product need to be used across multi platforms? (mobile/ipad/desktop) What Api's or SDK's are you looking to use? Any particular libraries you are looking to use too? This phase of the project focuses on the integration of additional COTS packages and tools to work over the existing database. The technical aspects of the development will be undertaken by a third party/parties. The role of the team will be to manage and coordinate the supplier(s) and stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are identified, met and implemented
