Working individually or with GDS Operations Team and directly with suppliers (Project Manager and technical staff). The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, normal business hours.

-
Create a standard PSN customer/DNS domain master data set which provides the basis of migration of both DNS and Email. This master data set must be handed to the new DNS provider.
Deliver a PSN DNS data set that is free of errors, providing a single DNS view for all PSN customers, and separate single DNS view for the internet that enables PSN customers and internet-connected organisations to continue to reach the PSN services with minimum disruption to their business activities. Work with the legacy service provider to implement all possible changes on the legacy service prior to migration.

- Must have experience of delivering technical reviews to deliver the creatation of a standard customer/DNS domain master data-set which provides the basis of migration of both DNS and Email.
- Must have (3+) experience of providing Programme and Project Management tools and techniques in delivering a technical migration and on-boarding projects or programmes.
- Must have experiance of managing/checking of a large DNS data-sets that is free of errors and migrating data to new suppliers.
- Must have experience of working with the legacy service provider to implement all possible changes on the legacy service prior to migration of the DNS data-set.
- Must have experience of delivering a specification which will support Crown Commercial Service in the procurement of a transitional email service to key government organisations who need to use it.
- Must mave experiance in defining DNS and email customer on-boarding process that will deliver maximum customer adoption.
- Must have experiance in providing support to all parties during a DNS migration.

- Experience of exiting ICT services and onboarding of new services.
- Must have worked and understand working in an AGILE way and environment.
- At least 2 years Experience of managing Suppliers within an environment of frequent change.
